The process takes you through a process of steps starting with Endorsement. This is when a designated AIP employer offers you a job followed by a settlement service that connects you with a settlement plan. Once you receive a settlement plan you will have to send it to your designated employer and thereafter they send an application for endorsement to the department. They will issue a provincial endorsement certificate and may also receive a work permit support letter.
The second process is to submit your Immigration application. This process requires you to submit your permanent residence application, endorsement certificate and any other necessary documents to IRCC. Then it is the IRCC that reviews and processes your PR application. Meanwhile, you could also apply for a work permit if required. Upon approval, you can travel to Atlantic Canada to live, settle and work. As needed you will get support from your employer as well as from your settlement service provider.
