The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is Ontario’s economic immigration program that works in partnership with the Government of Canada. Foreign workers, international students and others having the right skills, experience and education can apply for nomination. It is the Government of Canada who makes the final call on the approval of applications. Before applying to any program it is mandatory that you register with either the Expression of Interest System or the Express Entry system to express your interest to get invited. Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream - The stream opens to recent graduates with a job offer in Ontario.
Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream - The stream is centered around foreign workers in an in-demand occupation and has a job offer in Ontario.
If you have a Masters or PHD degree from an Ontario University
Masters Graduate stream: The stream gives eligibility for Master’s degree graduates from an Ontario University.
PHD Graduate Stream: The stream focuses on PHD Graduates from an Ontario University.
Foreign Entrepreneur - Foreign entrepreneurs having a great business idea and readiness to start a new business or buy and expand current business in the province have the opportunity to come to Ontario.

Human Capital Priorities Stream: Mandatory skilled work experience, education and language abilities are a must to apply to this stream.
Skilled Trades Stream: A foreign worker with eligible skilled trade work experience in Ontario.
French - Speaking Skilled Worker Stream : French speaking foreign workers with strong English Language skills can apply for this stream.
